The United States has banned alcohol and the streets are now filled with illegal alcohol from bootlegging and moonshining. Due to harder government crackdowns with the Bureau of Prohibition, new smuggling and bootlegging routes are needed. Organized crime rings have read the newspapers and have capitalized on this golden opportunity. Delegates must navigate the politics and contrasting views within the mob itself and the government as well. Will organized crime be able to continue to flourish and become even more powerful – or will in-fighting, the government or other rival gangs break up the fragile alliances that have been made? Delegates will represent the gangsters of the 1920’s from the five New York mafia families as well as other major crime rings like the Chicago outfit and the north side gang of Chicago to determine answers to these questions, while also trying to avoid law enforcement and advance their own personal standing through secret arcs.
