UNLV Model United Nations is an organization focused on learning about the United Nations and international public policy. We do this through discussion, research, and competition. We compete with other universities in conference style debates, with each member representing a foreign nation trying to create international policy.
We also engage outside of competition. Much of our involvement is spent discussing the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals, professional aspirations, and volunteer work.
Our RSO is open to all UNLV students with no fees on a rolling basis. To join, simply go to the Involvement Center and click the join button! Members are not required to attend meetings or events nor are they required to compete. Rebel Model United Nations is an organization founded upon providing the opportunity for members to learn and grow.
We meet weekly on Tuesdays at 5:30PM.
